Refund Policy

We thank you for your purchase but regret that your experience hasn’t been totally satisfactory. However, if given a chance we shall ensure you go back happy. In case you want to return a product you are not happy with, please follow these guidelines.

• Any goods purchased can be returned within 3 days of the delivery in their original form, condition and packaging. 
• In case the goods are damaged in transit, please share an image of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving them as it will help us follow up with our logistics partner. We will resolve the issue once we have received sufficient details. 
• After the initial 3 days of delivery of the order, we will not be able to accommodate any refund or return requests.
• Once you have shipped the goods back to our warehouse, we will process the refund within 3 business days to the original payment method.
